so the oxygen content of heating water greatly exceeds the standard, which directly leads to the corrosion of the fin pipe. 

Therefore, how to solve the problem of finned tube corrosion in oxygen-containing medium is of great significance in our country. 

According to the current situation, the staff of Star Lida summarized the following ways to solve the oxygen corrosion of the special finned tubes of gas furnaces:

(1) The design of the heating system should try to avoid the system and oxygen communication, that is, as closed as possible, such as the location of the exhaust cock, 

the closure of the circulating pump, etc., while the equipment should avoid low pressure during operation, which also avoids unnecessary water loss.

(2) Supplemental water must be deoxidized.

(3) heating water with corrosion inhibitor.

(4) When the heating is stopped, the special fin tube of the gas furnace is maintained by dry method or deoxidation water.

(5) When the new finned tube is installed for pressure test, the hydraulic test medium should be added with water solvent non-toxic anti-rust agent.
