① If conditions permit, increase the temperature or pressure of the fin radiator inlet, you need to consult the manufacturer to design the pressure and allow the use of temperature range.

② Increase the medium flow in the pipe.

③ Adjust the position of the inlet and outlet pipe, and be sure to make the formation of each fin radiator consistent.

④ Check whether the dirt in the tube is serious, and the thermal resistance of 1mm dirt is ≈ the thermal resistance of 50mm steel plate.

⑤ Check whether the fins are lodging or loosening, especially the steel pipe aluminum wound fin tube. Clean the dust or dust on the surface of the fin in time.

⑥ Remove excess gas in the pipe to ensure the normal operation of the trap. If it is not the installation reason, it is not excluded that the design and manufacture of the fin radiator is the reason.
