1. Check that there is no leakage on the sealing surface of the tube bundle. If there is a leak, the plug type tube box can be properly tightened plug, still no effect, should be stopped to replace the gasket or plug (where the need to replace the gasket or screw fasteners, should first stop and the media to prevent emptying, and then proceed).

2. Fin tube end leakage, the tube is allowed to re-expand. The number of re-expansion shall not exceed 2 times, and be careful not to over-expand. The finned tube should be replaced if it cannot be repaired by expansion. As a temporary measure, plugging with metal plugs is also allowed.

3. If you need to check the surface of the tube bundle, you should pad the fin tube with a wooden board or rubber plate to avoid damaging the fins .

4. If the aluminum fins are knocked down, use special tools (flat-nosed pliers) to straighten them.

5. Periodically remove the dust and dirt from the fins to reduce air resistance and maintain cooling capacity. The removal method is flushing with pressure water or compressed steam.

6. Check whether the heat compensation structure of the tube bundle is working normally, and the floating tube box must be moved flexibly without stagnant card phenomenon.

7. When regular maintenance, steam and water should be used to flush the inside of the tube bundle, and make sure to remove the dirt. And should check the corrosion thickness, the value should not exceed the specified value (carbon steel for 3 mm). When reinstalling after inspection. The plug gasket and flange should be replaced.

8. Periodic maintenance, the finned tube radiator should be coated with a layer of silver powder paint on the outer surface of the tube bundle (excluding the surface of the fins).
