The production process of oval galvanized finned tube mainly includes the following steps:
Material preparation: Select suitable tube and fin materials, and conduct quality inspection of raw materials to ensure that they meet production requirements.
Pipe processing: The selected pipe according to the design requirements for cutting, straightening, cleaning and other pretreatment work.
Fin molding: Special fin molding equipment is used to process the fin material into the desired spiral or wavy fin.
Fin welding: Weld the formed fin with the pipe to ensure a tight connection between the fin and the pipe.
Galvanizing treatment: The surface of the finned tube is covered with a dense zinc layer by the galvanizing process.
Heat treatment and surface treatment: heat treatment to eliminate welding stress, improve the mechanical properties of the material; Surface treatment is performed to improve the corrosion and wear resistance of the finned tubes.
Quality inspection and packaging: Complete quality inspection of the oval galvanized finned tube, and qualified products can be packaged and shipped.
